Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Jaclyn Ricchio Stover! I’m the CEO and founder of Systems for Self Care. I am a Certified Health and Life Coach, a pro-podcaster with over 350 episodes (check em out!) and a former kindergarten teacher with a Masters Degree in Education….so, teaching and behavior change is my thing!

After years and years of yo-yo dieting and a terrible pizza indulgence after my 4th Whole30™ (we'll get into that later, because its quite the story) I knew I needed to make a LONG-TERM change to the way I eat.

Back then my life basically looked like: 

❌ 900 calories per day ❌  Beating myself up emotionally because I'd convinced myself I "failed" somehow with these diets [plot twist, and we'll get into this more later...the diets failed ME. Diet culture is BS] ❌  Paying for fad diet after fad diet with nothing but an empty wallet to show for it.❌  Restricting, bingeing, wash - rinse - repeat  ❌  Ending my day scrolling through social media, comparing myself every step of the way. 

I realized it doesn't have to be all or nothing. So, I set out to learn how to have some pizza without eating all the pizza. And along the way, my weight and my body changed, and the best part was I was no longer obsessed with dieting!

I couldn't believe how many other women were feeling exactly how I was after dieting. And so, I created Systems for Self Care and my signature course Imperfect Eating Mastery to break the mold.

And I have! Since 2016, I've helped hundreds of women get out of their unhealthy relationships with food, break old patterns, and look at the psychology of how we view nutrition. And I'm going to share the exact roadmap with you in this Free Training.
