Hi, I'm Jaclyn, the creator of Imperfect Eating! I am a Certified Health + Life Coach with a Masters in Education.

After years of struggling with obsessive perfect eating and compensatory bingeing on all the foods that weren't allowed, I knew there had to be a different way. I taught myself how to eat moderately and feel at ease around food and with my body. It took a lot of time, and I learned that moderation is an imperfect journey that actually isn't just about nutrition. What I've done in this course is reverse engineered my own process to stop obsessing/bingeing and learn to enjoy food and life again. The program is 3 weeks long! This isn't a "be perfect for 3 weeks and then binge on day 22" but rather a 3 week group course helping you implement a new habit each week in a way that you can actually sustain your habits long beyond the course. My background is in education! I have a master's in education and over a decade of experience teaching lil kids. My #1 goal is to help you be independent, learn to think for yourself, and not need a new diet the rest of 2020 or even in 2021. I will show you how in these 3 weeks.

I just added a live call on Sundays where we will talk about PLANNING MEALS and LOOKING FOR MONEY LEAKS. I'll show you how to make a meal plan and grocery list for the week in 10 minutes. Then we will look at your spending habits and see if your hard-earned money is being wasted on stress eating at McDonald's or Starbucks. Oftentimes we think we know what we are doing with meals and money, but these random trips are leaking our bank account and adding in random calories. These Sunday sessions will help you find money that will pay for the course and possibly fund a vacation or a massage for yourself or retirement money! (Jody found $2000 leaking every year at Starbucks. Christy found $400 leaking every year on Diet Coke.)

During the week, we will have a live coaching call with an educational topic on MEALS and you will have 10-15 minutes of personal coaching. These calls will be on Wednesdays/Thursdays. There will be a sign-up for slots. You can pop on for your coaching session or stay for the entire call to learn from others. Whatever works for your schedule.  If you cannot attend, you will still receive a recording so you don't miss out!

There is a private Facebook community to ask questions and check-in with successes. The more you focus on what you're doing well, the more you will expland on that positivity and the more likely you will continue on with your habits. Even when life is imperfect.
