Imagine going through your day with 0 stress around food.

Your meals take about 3 minutes to build because you have a framework

that ensures you will feel energized and satisfied from the meal.

You’re no searching for random snacks in your desk or hiding out in the pantry— you’re actually full from your meals.

You’re no longer feeling sluggish or like you’re in food coma because you overate- you don’t anymore!

You’ve learned how much to eat to feel good. #dontfeelgross.

You feel happy when you decide to eat chocolate because it’s no longer forbidden and you’ve learned how to eat some w/o all.

No more food guilt because your actions with chocolate are finally aligning with your food values.

You stop wasting time on pinning aspirational healthy meals on Pinterest that you never actually get around to making.

You just do the basics because you can actually be consistent with them.

You’re able to just eat and move on with your day.

You’re no longer on a restrictive or extreme diet with time-consuming and ever-changing lists of good/bad foods.

Wait, is butter good and should go in the coffee or butter is bad and should be avoided at all costs?!

You use common sense when it comes to food because you’ve learned to trust yourself and not outsource trust to a diet guru.

You’re no longer bingeing in the evening because you’re bored or tired.

You actually started a hobby to solve the boredom and started going to bed on time to solve the tiredness!

You eat how you’d want your daughter to eat.

Yes to plants and protein and also, yes to a cookie after dinner, and you don’t berate yourself for eating it.

You’re allowed to eat a cookie.

And you’ve learned how to eat one or two without eating the whole box and feeling angry with yourself.

Mindset About the Meals!

You eat how you’d want your daughter to eat.

You stop thinking about food so much.

Food, like sleep, finally supports your life and no longer is your life. It adds health. It adds value.

And you’re able to go do the things that matter to you.

Want this life? Get in the 5 Day 5P Challenge.

I know what it feels like to eat alllll the food and then feel really gross + frustrated with myself.

I also know what it feels like to try to start a perfect diet to clean up the mess of the binge, not be able to stick to the plan, and feel even more like a failure.

Desperate for change, I created Imperfect Eating's 5Ps to help simplify healthy eating and avoid binges. Seriously. Make. Eating. Easy.

Through coaching 100s of women, I've learned it's not just about the meals, but it's also about the MINDSET ABOUT THE MEALS. (What do you say to yourself about yourself and what you're eating?)

By clicking below, you'll get access to the 5P Cheat Sheet so you can start using the framework today.

From January 20-24th, you'll be in the 5P Challenge to check your inner chatter so you can fix your MINDSET ABOUT THE MEALS and make it easy to follow through with your healthy imperfect eating plans.

What's in the 5P Challenge?

Each day, you'll assemble a tasty and easy 5P meal and post it in the group. You'll notice how the meal makes your body feel and how it changes your behaviors with food later in the day - are you snacky, searching, and bingeing or are you satisfied and happy?

I'll be posting a video each day answering a "mindset about meals" problem and give you a mini mindset shift I want you to make that day around food.

If nothing changes then nothing changes. If we want a different result, we have to take a different action! But it needs to be a SMALL + easy action we can actually do and repeat sustainably.
