20 min treadmill workouts

The past 3 days I've been short on time but did a 20 min workout to say I did a workout.

 

The workout:

 

Warm up 2 mins- walk at 2mph, walking lunges at 1mph, any other stretches

 

Run 1 mins 5.0

Walk 1 min 2.5

 

Run 1 min 5.5

Walk 1 min 2.5

 

Run 1 min 6.0

Walk 1 min 2.5

 

Run 1 min 6.5

Walk 1 min 2.5

 

Run 1 min 7.0

Walk 1 min 2.5

 

Run 1 min 7.5

Walk 1 min 2.5

 

Run 1 min 8.0

Walk 1 min 2.5

 

Run 1 min 8.5

Walk 1 min 2.5

 

Run 1 min 9.0
