Seeing my body change

I want to look my athletic. Muscular. In shape. But I do not want to be obsessed with it.

 

I've been working out pretty consistently for the last year and I would say over the last 2 months, I am starting to see major changes in how my shoulder and biceps and quads and abs look.

 

I feel strong. I like the direction I'm going.

 

But I'm not getting on the scale or taking progress photos.

 

In the past, I've sat around staring at photos of my body or hopped on the scale several times in a minute hoping it would change.

 

I just don't want that for myself anymore.

 

I just want to focus on showing up and taking action.

 

And not stressing about the results but being pleased when they arrive!
