Getting back on track - recommitting to your system

I wrote some blogs over the past few days about falling off track last week and then getting back on track over the weekend.


Today was a Monday and a chance to start the week out the right way.

 

It felt great to wakeup and workout again.

It felt great to drink a green smoothie in the morning.

It felt great to eat a small dessert - apple + protein dip.

 

When you fall off track, you just need to remember how you like feeling good in your body. And you need to take the action that is going to help you feel that way.

 

We all fall off track from time to time. We don't live perfect lives. We don't need to shame ourselves for being imperfect humans.


We just need to take a small action again.
