New breakfast I've been enjoying

I've gotten into a good routine with this breakfast because it's low prep, it has a variety of textures, and it's got plants and protein!

 

Smoothie- just a green powder + protein powder + water + almond mlilk

Cracker with either peanut butter or hummus

Cheese stick

Coffee with cream

Water

Optional apple if I am still hungry, helpful on tough workout days
