I started Pizza Friday back in 2016 as a way to rebel against Whole30's strict rules around fun food.
Pizza Friday means you get to eat pizza, but you eat some of the pizza without eating all of the pizza.
How? How does one eat some of the pizza without eating all of the pizza?

I had a salad with chicken, a few slices of pizza, and a giant water.
Instead of denying yourself fun foods, learn to have them in moderation.
