Track your daily actions

consistency habits Nov 18, 2023

If you aren't tracking already, you need to start!

Why:

1. It's going to take weeks, months, and years of repetition for your daily actions to pay off. It's helpful to see how long you've been going.

2. Seeing that you're taking action helps you take more action. You remind yourself you've had so many reps so you want to stay the course.

3. Dopamine! When you track the action, you release dopamine. This helps you feel accomplished, satisfied, and happy!

I have some habits I still track like if I exercised or ate a healthy meal and some I no longer track like washing my face or flossing. Some you will need to continue tracking to stay on track, and some you can stop tracking but will still keep taking action. You will need to find the thing that helps you.
