Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday (6 days a week) - head to running class, permission to walk any class I want
Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday - lift heavy- 5x5 Strong Lifts
Any day Paul wants to go to gym- walk or casually lift...
